Free tracked shipping from France
- Shipping to all 50 states and DC is free. Orders are prepared in France and usually dispatched within 2 business days; delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch with a tracked express carrier. A tracking link is emailed at dispatch.
- Elder helium cartridges travel as non-flammable compressed gas accessories under the carrier's conditions; the carrier may adapt the routing, which can add a few days.
Customs, duties and taxes (DAP)
- Shipments are exported from France without VAT and enter the United States DAP: import duties, tariffs, customs and brokerage fees, if any, are assessed by US Customs and payable by the recipient to the carrier before or at delivery. CHUTEX does not collect US sales tax.
- CHUTEX declares the real value, HS code and country of origin of each item so clearance is fast; the carrier contacts you if a payment is required.
