FAQ
Does Care work outside France?
Yes. Monitoring, Nora AI, guardian alerts, SOS and the app are available internationally. Only the partner home-care intervention network and medical teleconsultations are currently limited to France; the page tells you so with a small notice.
What happens after an alert outside France?
Nora calls the beneficiary to remove doubt, guardians are alerted in parallel and can say they are on their way. Emergency services are reached through the local emergency number.
Are medical teleconsultations included?
Medical teleconsultations are currently available for beneficiaries in France. In the app, the doctors feature appears only when the beneficiary's phone number is French.
Does my parent need a smartphone?
No. Elio has integrated 5G. Guardians use the Chutex app on their own phone.
