Elio sensors: measurements and limits
What Elio does, and what it does not do
Elio does
- Track heart rate - HRV, SpO₂, skin temperature and activity continuously.
- Offer single-lead ECG and sleep / recovery insights in the Chutex app.
- Sync measurements via Bluetooth to the Chutex app (phone required for setup and detailed review).
- Connect data to Nora (AI coach) and, in France, included 24/7 medical teleconsultation (Elio subscription).
- Host health data with an HDS-certified provider in France (GDPR) for eligible accounts.
- Work with the Elder vest and Vita scale in the same Chutex ecosystem.
Elio does not
- Detect or physically protect against falls at the wrist (Elder vest + Care contract).
- Provide a medical diagnosis or replace advice from a healthcare professional.
- Guarantee detection of arrhythmia, sleep apnea or cardiac disease.
- Replace prescribed medical devices (Holter monitor, medical oximeter, etc.).
- Provide GPS SOS or 4G/5G teleassistance on the standalone Health band, those features belong to Chutex Care (France).
Wellness and health-tracking wearable. Measurements are indicative. See a healthcare professional if you have symptoms.
