Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers in the United Kingdom have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Chutex applies it as follows.

Period and notification
You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the products to notify your withdrawal, without giving any reason, by email to contact@chutex-innovation.com or by post to LE BRITANNIA, 20 Boulevard Eugène Deruelle, 69003 Lyon, France. State your order number.
Returning the products
Return the products within 14 days of your notification, in their original packaging, complete and in a condition allowing resale. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or not as ordered. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of dispatch), using the same payment method.
Exceptions
- Sealed hygiene products unsealed after delivery.
- Products customised at your request.
