Carriers and times

Orders are prepared in France and shipped by tracked carrier to addresses in the United Kingdom. Available carriers, costs and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm the order. Indicative delivery time: 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.

The United Kingdom is outside the EU customs union: import VAT and duties, where applicable, are collected by the carrier on delivery (delivered-at-place), as stated before payment. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any damage must be reported within 3 working days.
