Who processes your data

SAS CHUTEX, LE BRITANNIA, 20 Boulevard Eugène Deruelle, 69003 Lyon, France, is the data controller for the data collected on this storefront and in the Chutex app. Contact: contact@chutex-innovation.com.

We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to every customer, wherever they live. Data is hosted in the European Union.

What we collect and why

• Order data (name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, items, payment reference): to process, ship and invoice your order, to handle customs declarations, returns and warranty, and to meet our accounting obligations. Retained 10 years (French accounting law).
• Payment data is processed by Mollie B.V. (our payment provider); CHUTEX never stores card numbers.
• Shipping data is shared with our carriers and customs brokers only to deliver your parcel.
• Device and app data (Elder fall events and caregiver notifications; Elio and Vita wellness readings) is processed only if you create an account in the Chutex app, to provide the features you enable. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app or by email.
• Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (see Cookies).

Your rights

• Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection: email contact@chutex-innovation.com. We answer within 30 days and never charge for these requests.
• We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise their state rights through the same email.
• Health-related wellness data from Elio or Vita is never shared with third parties for advertising. CHUTEX makes no HIPAA claim: it is not a covered entity and Chutex products are not medical devices.
