The Chutex ecosystem
A digital longevity clinic: five devices that measure, one app that connects, human services that support, a partner program, the same everywhere in the world. Here is how the building blocks fit together and where to start depending on your situation.

The Chutex ecosystem brings together five connected devices, four support services, an app with Aria and a partner program, the same in twelve languages. The health data it produces is stored on a server located in France, at a host that is HDS certified for activities 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, with Chutex remaining the data controller.

What is the Chutex ecosystem?
Chutex describes itself as a digital longevity clinic. The word ecosystem refers to the whole that follows from it: connected devices that measure wellness indicators, an app that gathers those measurements and reads them over time with Aria, human services that provide support, a partner program for professionals, and a circle of loved ones who receive the alerts the beneficiary has chosen to share.
What the ecosystem is not matters just as much. Chutex is not a healthcare facility. Elio, Vita, Dorsi and Model I are wellness and prevention objects, not medical devices: they make no diagnosis and neither treat nor cure. Elder is category II personal protective equipment with CE marking, not a medical device. Chutex Care is preventive telecare, not regulated medical remote monitoring. In a life-threatening emergency, the reflex remains your country’s emergency number: 911 in the United States, 999 or 112 in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The ecosystem is the same in every country served by the website. Only two features depend on the country, because they are regulated or operated locally: medical teleconsultation and the home-care intervention network, available in France.
How do the building blocks fit together?
The flow is simple. The devices measure and send their data to the app: Elio over Bluetooth, Vita over Wi-Fi, Model I and Dorsi over Bluetooth, Elder through the app for alerts and geolocation. The app files those measurements in the longevity passport and Aria brings out the trends. The services draw on the same data: the Sport coach adjusts the program to the sleep and heart rate variability measured by Elio, the Physio physiotherapist follows the completed sessions, and Care triggers Aria’s voice check on an indicative threshold or on the SOS button.
Loved ones close the loop. The beneficiary registers their guardians and chooses what each one sees; during an alert, Aria calls the beneficiary while the guardians are notified, and one of them signals that they are stepping in. Nothing is shared without consent, and an access can be withdrawn at any time.
The five devices
Each device has a truth page that describes what it measures, what it does not measure, its status and its price in the currency of the market. The table sums up the family, the main measurement and the regulatory status of each one.
| Device | Family | What it reports in the app | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elio | Screenless health band, about 65 g (2.3 oz), 15 days of battery life | Heart rate, heart rate variability, SpO₂, skin temperature, sleep, activity, recovery, on-demand single-lead ECG, VO2max estimate | Wellness object, not a medical device |
| Vita | 8-electrode bioimpedance scale, Wi-Fi | Weight and body composition as indicative estimates, nutrition follow-up | Wellness object, not a medical device |
| Model I | Connected wall pulley, 2 to 50 kg (4 to 110 lb), four modes | Guided sessions, counted sets, progress, synchronization with Elio | Exercise equipment, not a medical device |
| Elder | Airbag vest, 1.2 kg (2.6 lb), 36 hours of battery life, IP54 | Detection of a fall in progress and airbag deployment before impact, alert to loved ones after deployment | Category II personal protective equipment with CE marking |
| Dorsi | Connected lumbar cushion | Posture reminders, guided mobility programs, indicative reports | Comfort and posture object, not a medical device |
The support services
Four services live in the app. Chutex Care, a preventive telecare service offered internationally, includes the Elio 4G band with an SOS button, Aria’s voice check, alerts to guardians, the app and the guardian space; in France it adds the included medical teleconsultation and escalation to a partner home-care company. Chutex Sport entrusts your program, your nutrition and your supplements to a state-certified sports coach; Chutex Physio entrusts your exercise program to a dedicated physiotherapist; both adjust to Elio data and open soon in France. Chutex Memory, coming soon, keeps and structures your memories with Aria, with a printed book as an option.

| Service | What it brings | Availability | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Care | Alerts, Aria’s voice check, guardians, 4G SOS, annual tax certificate if eligible | International; doctors and home care in France | Open |
| Doctors | Medical teleconsultation included in Care, to consult | France only | Open in France |
| Sport | State-certified sports coach, program, nutrition, monthly review | Announced in France first | Coming soon |
| Physio | Dedicated physiotherapist, exercise program, messaging, monthly review | Announced in France first | Coming soon |
| Memory | Life memory with Aria, structured narrative, printed book as an option | Public page in every language | Coming soon |
The app and Aria
The Chutex app is free on the App Store, compatible from iOS 14 according to the listing checked on October 15, 2026, and developed and maintained in France by the Chutex teams. It carries the longevity passport, trends, alerts, the circle of guardians, service activation and PDF exports. Aria, Chutex’s artificial intelligence, organizes your history in it, brings out trends and departures from your habits, and writes reports and prevention recommendations; in Care, it handles the voice check. Aria is neither a doctor nor a substitute for medical advice, and it does not call the emergency services.
The app page details each feature, device compatibility, availability by country and the prices, which point back to the truth pages.
Supplements and accessories
Depending on the market, the catalog also includes dietary supplements and accessories. Supplements are foodstuffs, not medicines: they do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and their catalog is not offered on every market. Accessories extend the use of the devices: replacement cartridges for Elder, a replacement strap for Elio, a Bluetooth pairing module. The catalog pages say what is available in your country.
Professionals and the partner program
Physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports coaches, home-care services, pharmacies, medical equipment stores and facilities use the same devices and the same services, with a professional space in the app. In France, a partner program organized around four professions makes it possible to recommend Chutex with no stock, with free activation, a SIRET check against the Sirene register and a commission. The Professionals page details the uses by profession, and the Partners page the program.
Who is behind Chutex?
Chutex is published by SAS CHUTEX, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 5,000 euros, registered with the Lyon trade and companies register under number 942 212 259, with its registered office in Lyon, in the 3rd arrondissement. The Care telecare service is run by CHUTEX CARE, a simplified joint-stock company registered in Saint-Étienne under number 107 333 957, incorporated on June 9, 2026. Both companies have CHUTEX GROUPE as their president. The mobile app and the website are developed and maintained in France by the Chutex teams.
To date, Chutex publishes no proprietary clinical study and invents none: the health benchmarks cited on the website come from named institutional sources. The about, editorial methodology, scientific committee, compliance and press pages detail the entity, its writing rules and its reviewers; contact is by email, as Chutex has no public phone line. In the event of a consumer dispute, the competent mediator is the CM2C.
Data and compliance
The health data of the ecosystem is stored on a server located in France, at Free Pro in Istres, HDS certified for activities 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6; the administration of the server, activity 5, is handled by INFORMATIQUE DOM, whose HDS certification is not established, and the production hosting contract is being finalized. Chutex, or Chutex Care during an active Care contract, remains the data controller, and the service as a whole is not presented as HDS certified. Your rights are those of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, exercised from the app, by email or by post.
- Hosting: server in France at Free Pro, HDS activities 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, activity 5 not covered.
- Data controller: Chutex, or Chutex Care during an active Care contract.
- Security: website and app exchanges encrypted with TLS, one-time SMS code, access logging, daily encrypted backup; the link from the 4G band to the servers is not encrypted.
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint can be lodged with the CNIL.

In which country and in which language?
The website exists in twelve languages, with the same pages everywhere, and the app follows the language of the phone. The global features are identical in every country; medical teleconsultation depends on the country of the beneficiary’s phone number, and the home-care network on the country where the service is delivered, both available in France. Prices are shown in the currency of the market.
