From the app, the CHUTEX ecosystem gives access to general practitioners in teleconsultation and to partner health professionals. This is a separate channel from Nora and Care alerts.
Medical teleconsultations are currently available in France only.

Integrated into the ecosystem
Elio, Vita and Dorsi trends can be shared with the professional, with your consent, for a better-informed exchange.
Availability depends on the beneficiary’s country
Medical teleconsultation is determined by the country of the beneficiary’s phone number, never by the app language. It is currently available in France; every other CHUTEX feature stays identical everywhere.

- Is teleconsultation included in Care?
- The Chutex Care subscription includes access to CHUTEX health professionals depending on the plan and the beneficiary’s country.
- Can I get a sick-leave certificate?
- No. Teleconsultation provides a consultation and, when appropriate, a prescription; it does not issue sick-leave certificates.
- What happens outside France?
- The page, the app and all services remain available; only the doctors feature does not appear until it opens in your country.
