Returns and refunds (United States)

Operative terms for orders shipped to the United States since September 7, 2026. Written by CHUTEX from its French terms of sale; legal counsel review is ongoing and nothing here is a lawyer-certified US compliance statement. Nothing in these pages limits rights you hold under the mandatory consumer laws of your state.

1. Your statement

  • Elio: the 14 days run from the day you receive the bracelet, for the whole contract (bracelet and services).
  • Chutex Care (available in France only): the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded. Please send the equipment back: contact@chutex-innovation.com.
  • If you bought from a retailer or on a marketplace (Decathlon, for example), please contact them: they are your seller.

14-day return window

  • Use "Withdraw from the contract here" on this page (then "Confirm withdrawal"), or email contact@chutex-innovation.com with your order number, within 14 days of delivery. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email; we then send you the return instructions and address in France.
  • The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Deployed Elder cartridges are consumables and cannot be returned once used.
  • Return shipping is at your expense (we recommend a tracked service). Import fees you paid to US Customs are not refunded by CHUTEX.
  • The product price is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective or damaged products

Report a transport damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For a defect covered by the 2-year warranty, CHUTEX pays the return shipping and repairs, replaces or refunds the product.
