The website and the Chutex application are hosted in France at Free Pro (Istres), a hosting provider certified as a Health Data Host (Hébergeur de Données de Santé, HDS). Data processed by the application, including health-related data, is stored on servers in France. CHUTEX is the data controller; the host acts as processor.

Liability and health information
Chutex devices are wellness and prevention products. They are not medical devices intended to diagnose or treat any disease and do not replace medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112).
Chutex Care is a connected 4G telecare service available in France only: when an alert is raised, Aria, Chutex's AI assistant, calls the person at any hour of the day or night to check on them, then alerts their relatives. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency call 112. Medical teleconsultation by phone (included with Elio, Vita or Care) is also available in France only.
