About Chutex
Chutex is a digital longevity clinic: devices that measure, one app that connects, human services that support. Who we are, what we do, what we do not do, and how we write.

Chutex is a digital longevity clinic founded in Lyon: five connected devices, an app with the artificial intelligence Aria, and support services. The website is published by SAS CHUTEX, registered in Lyon under number 942 212 259, and the Care service is run by CHUTEX CARE. No device is a medical device.

Who is Chutex, and why does it exist?
Chutex describes itself as a digital longevity clinic: connected devices that measure what the body actually does, an app that brings those measurements together and explains them, and people, coaches, physiotherapists, a partner home-care company or doctors in France, who take over when a data point is not enough. Chutex thus brings together connected health, prevention, longevity and telecare in a single digital clinic, designed to follow and protect health day to day.
The starting point is an observation: most monitoring solutions wait for the incident to react, whereas the signals that precede it, sleep that worsens, activity that drops, balance that wavers, are visible several weeks earlier. In France, Santé publique France recorded 174,824 fall-related hospital admissions among people aged 65 and over in 2024. Chutex was designed to act beforehand, by making those signals readable by the person and by their loved ones, and then to protect and alert if the incident happens all the same, within the limits written below.

Who publishes Chutex?
The website and the app are published by SAS CHUTEX, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 5,000 euros, registered with the Lyon trade and companies register under number 942 212 259, with its registered office in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon. Its president is the company CHUTEX GROUPE, represented by Robin Zuchiatti, who is the publishing director. The app and the website are developed and maintained in France by the Chutex teams.
The Care service is run by a second company, CHUTEX CARE, incorporated on June 9, 2026 and registered in Saint-Étienne under number 107 333 957, also with CHUTEX GROUPE as president; during an active Care contract, it is the data controller for the beneficiary’s data. Both companies can be checked in the Annuaire des entreprises, the business directory published by the French administration, and their full identifiers appear in the legal notice.

What does Chutex actually do?
Chutex designs and sells five connected devices, each with its truth page stating what it measures, what it does not measure and its price: Elio, a screenless health band of about 65 g (2.3 oz) with 15 days of battery life; Vita, an 8-electrode bioimpedance scale; Model I, a connected wall pulley with 2 to 50 kg (4 to 110 lb) of resistance; Elder, an airbag vest, category II personal protective equipment with CE marking, which protects the vital areas at the moment of a fall without preventing it; Dorsi, a connected lumbar cushion for posture.
Around these objects, a single app, free on the App Store, gathers the measurements in a longevity passport, explains them with Aria and shares what the person chooses with a circle of guardians. The services are activated from this app: Care, a preventive telecare service offered internationally, with the Elio 4G band, the SOS button, Aria’s voice check, alerts to loved ones and, in France only, the included medical teleconsultation and escalation to a partner home-care company; Sport and Physio, two human support plans announced in France first; Memory, the life memory, coming soon. A partner program in France lets professionals recommend the devices without financing any stock.

What Chutex does not do
Saying what you do not do is the first form of transparency. The limits below are the same on every page of the website, in every language.
- Chutex is not a healthcare facility and replaces neither a doctor, nor an emergency service, nor ongoing medical follow-up.
- No Chutex device is a medical device: Elio, Vita, Model I and Dorsi are wellness, prevention or exercise objects, Elder is personal protective equipment. None of them makes a diagnosis.
- Elio does not detect falls, does not measure blood pressure and is not a glucose meter; the SOS and 4G location belong to the band of the Care contract.
- Care is not regulated medical remote monitoring and does not call the emergency services on your behalf; Aria prescribes nothing and is not a doctor.
- The teleconsultation doctors and the partner home-care network are available in France only; elsewhere, Care works with the band, Aria, the alerts and the guardians.
- Chutex does not publish proprietary clinical studies, awards or invented reviews, and it shows no institutional partner logo without a publishable contract.
- Chutex has no public phone line: contact and support are by email, and no cold calling is carried out in its name.
How is your data handled?
The health data of the ecosystem is stored on a server located in France, at Free Pro in Istres, a host that is HDS certified, the French health data hosting certification, for activities 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6; the administration of the server, activity 5, is handled by INFORMATIQUE DOM, whose certification is not established, and the production hosting contract is being finalized. Chutex, or Chutex Care during an active Care contract, remains the data controller, and the service as a whole is not presented as HDS certified.
According to the privacy policy, exchanges on the website and in the app are encrypted with TLS, the link from the 4G band to the servers is not, sign-in relies on a one-time SMS code, access to sensitive data is logged and an encrypted backup is made every day; data older than five years is deleted automatically. Your rights are those of the General Data Protection Regulation, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, with an answer within one month, and a complaint can be lodged with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Who writes and who reviews the content?
The pages of the website are written by the Chutex editorial team, a team rather than one person, which signs collectively. Each page shows its publication and update dates, cites its sources and points to the truth pages rather than replacing them with a promise. The figures come from named public bodies, the World Health Organization, Santé publique France, the Haute Autorité de santé (the French health authority), Inserm and the Agence du numérique en santé (the French digital health agency), or from Chutex documents.
Health content is reviewed before publication by a clinical reviewer, Aurélien Falcon, whose displayed title deliberately remains neutral, health content reviewer, as long as his exact qualification has not been confirmed by Chutex. A reviewer’s name appears on a page only when a real review has been received and recorded; no “validated by” is written in advance. Claims relating to dietary supplements follow European Regulation 1924/2006 and the register of Regulation 432/2012. The editorial methodology and the scientific committee each have their own page.
- 1Source Every fact is tied to a public source or to a Chutex truth page; what has no source is not published.
- 2Write The editorial team writes in the language of each market, with the same glossary, the same limits and the same availability statements.
- 3Review Health content goes through clinical review before publication; the name of the reviewer appears only when the review has actually been received and logged.
- 4Date and correct Pages carry their dates, are revised when a source or a service changes, and any error reported by email is corrected.
What are Chutex’s commitments?
The prices of the devices and services are shown on their pages, in the currency of the market. In the event of a dispute not resolved with customer service, a consumer can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, appointed by Chutex. The legal notice, the privacy policy and the terms of sale are accessible from every page. Chutex’s official accounts are its Instagram account, its LinkedIn page, its Facebook page and its App Store listing; any subscription is made only on this website or in the app.
The banner on the home page presents the French media that have covered Chutex, Forbes, Capital, France Télévisions, Creapills and SilverEco, and the retailers that offer its devices, including Decathlon, Redcare Pharmacy, Quirumed, Stadium, MediaMarkt, DocMorris and Farmaline. No other logo is displayed without a publishable contract, no aggregate rating or invented review appears on the website, and the reviews page explains how feedback is collected.

In which countries is Chutex present?
The website exists in twelve languages, with the same navigation and the same pages everywhere. The app’s global features are identical in every country served; only medical teleconsultation, which depends on the country of the beneficiary’s phone number, and the home-care intervention network depend on the country, because they are regulated or operated locally, and are currently available in France. Prices are shown in the currency of the market.
