Chutex reviews: what is published, and how

How a review will be collected

Collection will begin with households that have subscribed to Care, through an invitation sent after the service is activated. Two channels are planned: Chutex’s transactional email and, where applicable, an identified review platform, once the account is opened and announced on this page. A review will be published as a customer review only if it is linked to a traceable subscription; otherwise it remains unpublished, whatever its content.

Verification and moderation

Positive and negative reviews are accepted, and a review is never removed because it is negative. No payment, discount or benefit is given in exchange for a positive review. Chutex may reply to a review factually, to add a clarification or offer a solution, without changing its text.

• Published: reviews linked to a Care subscription or a traceable order, positive and negative alike, with their date.
• Excluded: insults, a third party’s health data, off-topic content and reviews with no verifiable link to Care or a device.
• Never: an aggregate rating without a traceable source, review markup without a real review, a text presented as a testimonial without an identified author.
• Always: the author can ask for their review to be changed or deleted, in line with their rights over their data.

How to check Chutex while waiting for reviews

With no published review, a reader can still check who they are dealing with. The website and the app are published by SAS CHUTEX, registered with the Lyon trade and companies register under number 942 212 259; the Care service is run by CHUTEX CARE, registered in Saint-Étienne under number 107 333 957. Both companies can be looked up in the Annuaire des entreprises, the business directory published by the French administration. Prices are shown with all taxes included on every page, the Care subscription in France has no commitment, and the matter can be referred free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C after a written complaint.

Chutex has no public phone line and carries out no cold calling: a call claiming to be from Chutex to sell a subscription does not come from Chutex. The only way to subscribe is the official website or the app, and the only contact is contact@chutex-innovation.com.

Reviews and devices

The same rule applies to all five devices: no product page displays a rating or a review as long as no traceable source exists, and none issues any in its structured data. What each page does publish is its truth page: what the device measures, what it does not measure, its regulatory status and its price. No device is a medical device; Elder is category II personal protective equipment.

Reviews and your country

The review policy is the same in every country served by the website: no invented rating, publication only after the review is linked to a traceable subscription or order, identical moderation. Prices are shown in the currency of the market. Care is offered internationally; only the included medical teleconsultation and partner home care are available in France.
