01The clinic
What is the Chutex clinic?
The Chutex clinic is a digital longevity clinic founded in Lyon, France: five connected devices, an app with the artificial intelligence Aria, and services in France. A scientific committee reviews some of its information content, without recommending any product. It is neither a healthcare facility, nor a medical practice, nor an emergency service.
Chutex describes itself as a digital longevity clinic in the sense of its approach: measure, understand, act, follow. Connected devices record what the body does day to day, the app brings these measurements together in a longevity passport, Aria, an artificial intelligence, explains them at any hour, and people take over when data alone is not enough.
It is not a healthcare facility, a medical practice or an emergency service. The indicators are wellbeing estimates and trends, never a diagnosis. The clinic rests on four elements, described here without embellishment.

02Scientific committee
The scientific committee
The scientific committee reviews some of the Chutex information content: it checks that a statement is accurate, sourced and accompanied by its limits. Its members recommend no product, appear on no product page and receive no commission and no payment calculated on sales. Their review is not a medical validation of any product.
Each member is presented with their written consent, through facts only: their name, their title, the scope of their review and, where one exists, their link with Chutex, such as a shareholding. Until that consent is received, the seat is described without a name.

03Ambassadors
The ambassadors
Ambassadors are athletes, coaches and people who use Chutex and recommend it to those around them. The program is in preparation: no ambassador is presented yet, and none will be without their consent.
Ambassadors are not part of the scientific committee and review no health content. Each ambassador is presented with the statement “ambassador paid by commission”; health professionals cannot become ambassadors.
- A declared relationship: their posts open with a paid partnership statement, and their profile on this page says they are paid by commission.
- An ambassador presents the devices with the wording of the Chutex kit, with no health promise and no figures.
- No free products: an ambassador buys and uses the device they present.

Chutex is preparing its first studies with research partners, who will be announced with the protocol. To date, no study is under way and no result is published: this page draws no promise from them.
A study will state what it measures, among whom and with which limits. Chutex devices remain wellbeing and prevention products: a study does not change their status and allows no health claim.

The word clinic describes an approach, not a status. In the United States: Chutex is a digital wellness and prevention service. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a licensed healthcare facility or medical practice. In the United Kingdom: Chutex is a digital longevity and wellbeing service. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical care, and it is not a CQC-registered healthcare provider.
- Chutex is not a healthcare facility: no care is provided and there are no beds; it is wellbeing and prevention support through an app. It is neither a medical practice nor an emergency service.
- Chutex does not present or sell its devices as medical devices: the indicators are estimates and trends, never a diagnosis.
- Aria is an artificial intelligence: it explains and guides, it does not replace a doctor and prescribes nothing.
- The included teleconsultation is provided by an independent third-party provider, in France only; no response time is guaranteed. Chutex does not practise medicine.
- The scientific committee reviews information content: it gives no individual medical advice and validates no product.

Who sits on the scientific committee?
Today, Aurélien Falcon, health content reviewer. The medicine and physiotherapy seats are being confirmed: the names will appear after the written consent of the people concerned. A sports coach will be announced for sport.
Do committee members recommend Chutex products?
No. They review some information content; they endorse no device, appear on no product page and receive no commission and no payment calculated on sales. Their review is not a medical validation of any product.
Do committee members have a link with Chutex?
Any link is stated next to the member's name, for example a shareholding in Chutex. No member is presented without their written consent.
What is a Chutex ambassador?
A person who uses Chutex and recommends it: an athlete, a coach or a user. The program is in preparation; an ambassador is not part of the scientific committee, and their profile carries the statement “ambassador paid by commission”.
Has Chutex published clinical studies?
No. Studies are in preparation with research partners, who will be announced with the protocol; no result has been published to date.
Can I see a doctor with Chutex?
In France, teleconsultation is included with Elio, Vita or Care: by phone from the Chutex app, no appointment needed, depending on doctor availability. No response time is guaranteed. This is not an emergency service: call 15 or 112 in France, or your local emergency number in a life-threatening emergency.
How can I join the committee, become an ambassador or a partner?
By writing to contact@chutex-innovation.com with your profession or your activity. For the committee, Chutex checks the title against public sources and collects written consent before any appearance.
