Who can become an ambassador?
Any adult living in the European Union, the EEA or Switzerland: customer, friend or relative, coach, trainer or content creator. Health professions are not part of the programme.
What can I recommend?
Chutex Care and the five devices: Elio, Vita, Dorsi, Elder and Model I.
How do I recommend?
In two ways: share your link, your code or your QR code, or send a recommendation from the Recommendation tab of the app: you choose the product, the person receives the order link by SMS. Both are tracked in the app.
I don't have a company. Can I start?
Yes, as soon as your profile is validated. Your commissions are set aside and paid to you as soon as your company is verified and your IBAN is filled in: SIRET in France, intra-EU VAT number elsewhere in the European Union, your country's company number in the EEA outside the EU and in Switzerland. A sole-trader business is enough.
How much will I earn?
A commission on every completed sale, with the details in your Recommendation space. What you earn depends only on the sales made with your link: Chutex promises no income.
When am I paid?
The commission becomes final 14 days after delivery. It is paid on the 1st of the following month, by bank transfer, on a self-billed invoice.
How long is a sale credited to me?
365 days after someone clicks your link. If that person then clicks another ambassador's link, the last link clicked counts.
Do my contacts pay more?
They pay the price shown on the website, exactly the same as buying direct. Your commission costs them nothing.
What must I write when I recommend?
At the start of every post or message: “Paid partnership: I earn a commission if you buy with my link or my code.” To describe the products, use the sentences from the Chutex kit: wellbeing and prevention, no health promises.
Where can I track my sales?
In the Recommendation tab of the Chutex app: your link, your QR code, the recommendations you have sent, your sales, your commissions and your payments.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, at any time, with a simple email. Commissions that are already final remain due to you.
