Chutex for professionals
Physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports coaches, home-care services, pharmacies, medical equipment stores, facilities: measurable devices, follow-up services between two sessions and a partner program with no stock, always alongside your practice.

Chutex works with health, sports and home-care professionals in two ways: devices and services to bring into your practice, and a partner program in France, organized around four professions, with no stock to finance, free activation and validation typically within 48 business hours.

Which professionals, for which uses?
Chutex is not a tool reserved for one profession. A physiotherapist, a coach, a home-care service, a pharmacy or a senior residence do not expect the same thing from a connected device. For each profile, the table shows what Chutex brings in practice, the devices and services involved, and the page that details the journey. In every case, the indicators produced are wellness and prevention indicators that complement the professional’s assessment; none of them makes a diagnosis.
| Profile | What Chutex brings | Devices and services | Journey |

Elio

Practice and rehabilitation: Dorsi, Model I and Physio
The practice is the first setting. Model I is a connected wall pulley: adjustable resistance from 2 to 50 kg (4 to 110 lb), four training modes, Standard, Eccentric, Isokinetic and Fluid, guided sessions in the app, Bluetooth module included, six-point wall mounting kit described in the product documentation. It takes up little space and lets patients find at home, if they equip themselves, the same exercises they worked on in the session. Model I is exercise equipment, not a medical device: it promises no clinical result.
Dorsi is a connected lumbar cushion, for support and posture, with reminders, guided mobility programs and exportable indicative reports. In the practice, it supports postural education; at the office or at home, it carries the instructions over between two sessions. It does not treat low back pain or sciatica.
Chutex Physio is the service that extends the practice remotely: a dedicated physiotherapist builds an exercise program in the app, follows the completed sessions and how the patient feels, answers by messaging and adjusts the program every month, drawing on the indicators from the Elio band. It opens soon in France. Physio is neither medical remote monitoring nor a replacement for in-practice care; it is adherence between two appointments.

Gym, studio and coaching: Model I and Sport
For a coach, a trainer or a studio, Model I provides a versatile station in a small space, with guided sessions and counted sets in the app, and synchronization with Elio to read the client’s training load and recovery. Elio and Vita data, sleep, heart rate variability, body composition, are shared only with the client’s explicit consent; the client chooses what they show and can withdraw it.
Chutex Sport is the human support service: a state-certified sports coach builds the program, the nutrition and the recommended adjusts them on Elio data and does a monthly review. It opens soon in France. The distinction matters: Model I is equipment you buy for your facility, Sport is a subscription service your clients sign up for; the two can coexist, and a partner coach can recommend either one.

Home and care organizations: Care and Elder
A home-care service is not meant to become a telecare operator. The partner program lets it offer Chutex Care to families: the Elio 4G band with an SOS button, Aria’s voice check at any hour, alerts to loved ones and guardians, and in France the included medical teleconsultation and escalation to a partner home-care company. The organization recommends, Chutex operates; depending on the protocol, the partner organization can be the one that steps in. Care is not regulated medical remote monitoring and does not replace the emergency services.
Elder completes the set-up for people at risk of falling: an airbag vest, category II personal protective equipment with CE marking, 1.2 kg (2.6 lb), 36 hours of battery life, which detects a fall in progress, deploys an airbag before impact to cushion the head, neck, back, pelvis, hips and femoral neck, then alerts loved ones through the app. It does not prevent the fall and does not call the emergency services. In an EHPAD or a senior residence, Elder is part of a fall prevention approach in which adapting the premises and physical activity remain the first levers, according to the French health authority HAS and the French health insurance (Assurance Maladie).
Prescribers, doctors, social workers and support organizations have a dedicated page to refer a beneficiary to Care and to the financial aid available in France: the tax credit for personal and household services, subject to eligibility, and the personal independence allowance, depending on the care plan.

How does the partner program work?
The partner program is national and covers all of France, with no local sign-up by city. It is organized into four profession pages, physiotherapists and osteopaths, sports coaches, home care, pharmacies and medical equipment, each with its own activation form. Pharmacies and distributors join through the medical equipment page; facilities and prescribers have their own journeys. Competing telecare operators are not part of the program.
Activation is free and takes place online: the SIRET number is checked against the Sirene register, coaches and physiotherapists are activated right away, the other professions go through a qualification by the partnerships team, with validation typically within 48 business hours. The partner receives training, a tracking console and their recommendation links; they handle neither stock, nor shipping, nor after-sales service.
Compensation depends on the profession. Sports coaches and home-care services earn a commission: recurring on Care subscriptions, one-time on devices depending on the offer. Physiotherapists and osteopaths receive no commission and no rebate; for pharmacies and medical equipment stores, the compensation terms are shared at sign-up. The terms above describe the French program; in other countries, the Partners page in your language presents the offer and the contact form.
| Point | What it means |
|---|---|
| Four professions | Physiotherapists and osteopaths, sports coaches, home care, pharmacies and medical equipment, each with its own page and form |
| Free activation | Online form, SIRET checked against the Sirene register, coaches and physiotherapists activated right away, other professions qualified typically within 48 business hours |
| Zero stock | Chutex ships, invoices and handles after-sales service; the partner recommends |
| Compensation | Depends on the profession: commission for coaches and home care, no commission for physiotherapists and osteopaths, terms shared at sign-up for pharmacies |
| Training and console | Onboarding, materials, a console to track recommendations |
The professional space in the app
Partner professionals have a dedicated space in the app and on the website. It brings together the people they follow, with their linked loved ones and ongoing support plans, the latest recommendations and their status, and the payout account: a single account for support plans and, for the paid professions, recommendation commissions, paid on the 1st of each month. Team access is set up by adding colleagues’ phone numbers and email addresses; each person signs in with their own and receives a one-time code, and everyone opens the same account.
The health data of the people followed remains the beneficiary’s: they choose what they share with their professional and can withdraw an access at any time. It is stored in France at Free Pro, HDS certified, the French health data hosting certification, with Chutex remaining the data controller; exchanges on the website and in the app are encrypted with TLS, and sign-in relies on a one-time SMS code.
What Chutex does not do in a professional setting
Transparency applies to professionals too. Chutex devices are not medical devices, make no diagnosis and promise no clinical result; Elder is personal protective equipment; Care is not regulated medical remote monitoring; Model I does not exist as a white-label product or with a custom app. Professional prices for Dorsi and terms for facilities are communicated on request; they are not shown on the website.
- No automatic diagnosis: the indicators complement the professional’s assessment, they do not replace it.
- No medical device: Elio, Vita, Dorsi and Model I are wellness and prevention objects; Elder is category II personal protective equipment.
- No white label: Model I and the app remain Chutex.
- No stock imposed on the partner, no exclusivity required.
- Professional prices and facility terms: on request, through the contact page or the partner space.
In which country?
The devices, the app, Aria, alerts and guardians are identical in every country served by the website. The partner program is described here for France; medical teleconsultation and the home-care intervention network are available in France. In other countries, the Partners page and the Contact page in your language are the entry points for a professional inquiry.
Professional information, not medical advice: Chutex devices and services complement your assessment; they make no diagnosis and do not replace your practice.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I become a Chutex partner?
- From the Partners page: choose your profession, physiotherapists and osteopaths, sports coaches, home care, pharmacies and medical equipment, then fill in the activation form. The SIRET is checked against the Sirene register; coaches and physiotherapists are activated right away, the other professions typically within 48 business hours.
- Do I have to buy stock?
- No. The partner recommends; Chutex ships, invoices and handles after-sales service. There is no upfront payment, no logistics and no exclusivity.
- How is the partner paid?
- It depends on the profession. Sports coaches and home-care services earn a commission: recurring on Care subscriptions, one-time on devices depending on the offer. Physiotherapists and osteopaths receive no commission and no rebate; for pharmacies and medical equipment stores, the terms are shared at sign-up. Any payments due are paid into a single account, on the 1st of each month.
- Are there professional prices?
- Yes, depending on the profession and the volume, for equipment such as Model I and Dorsi and for facilities. They are communicated on request, through the contact page or the partner space, and are not shown on the website.
- Are the devices medical devices?
- No. Elio, Vita, Dorsi and Model I are wellness and prevention objects that complement your assessment without making a diagnosis. Elder is category II personal protective equipment with CE marking.
- What does the professional see of their patient’s or client’s data?
