Limits of bio-impedance to know about

BIA estimates composition through a weak electric current. Hydration, meals, recent exercise and time of day change the values. Vita is designed for standardised morning weigh-ins, barefoot on a hard floor.

Vita does not replace a DEXA, an MRI or a blood test. Trends over several weeks take precedence over a single session. Pacemaker contraindication. Estimate is not a diagnosis.
