Fall protection for seniors: why an airbag vest
Falls are the leading cause of injury for Americans aged 65 and older, and hip fractures are among the most serious outcomes. Medical alert buttons call for help after the fall; Elder addresses the fall itself. When its sensors detect a fall, helium cartridges inflate an airbag before the body reaches the ground, to cushion the head, neck, back, pelvis, hips and femoral neck.
Elder is personal protective equipment (category II, CE marked). It weighs 2.6 lb (1.2 kg), comes in sizes S to XXL, is rated IP54 and is worn over clothing. After a deployment it notifies your configured caregivers through the app, and it can be used again once the two helium cartridges are replaced (about 30 seconds). It does not prevent every fall and does not guarantee zero fracture risk.
Wellness tracking without a screen
Elio is a screenless band of 2.3 oz (65 g) with about 15 days of battery life. It follows pulse, heart rate variability, oxygen saturation, skin temperature, sleep, recovery, activity and steps, with a stress indicator and a VO2max estimate. These are wellness estimates, not diagnoses. Elio does not measure blood sugar or blood pressure.
Vita is a scale with eight electrodes that measures weight and estimates body composition by bioimpedance. It syncs over Wi-Fi, supports several profiles and pairs with Elio. The figures are indicative estimates of trends, not a diagnosis. It is not for people with a pacemaker.
Posture and strength at home
Dorsi is a lumbar cushion of 2.2 lb (980 g) for the desk, the car or the sofa, with posture reminders and guided mobility programs in the app. It is a comfort tool: it does not treat back pain and does not replace a physical therapist's advice.
Model I is a wall-mounted cable trainer with resistance from 4.4 to 110 lb (2 to 50 kg) and four modes: Standard, Eccentric, Isokinetic and Fluid. The product documentation describes a six-point wall fixing kit, and Bluetooth is included with the purchase.

How long does shipping to the United States take, and can I return a product?
Orders ship from France with a tracked express carrier, typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging for a refund of the product price; return shipping and any non-refundable import fees are borne by the customer. Deployed Elder cartridges are consumables and cannot be returned.
Are Care, Sport, Physio and medical teleconsultation available in the United States?
