Whoop alternatives in 2026: screenless trackers without a membership
A Whoop One membership, on the US page read 14 October 2026, is $199 a year and includes a WHOOP 5.0 band. Peak is $239 and Life is $359, also yearly, with the band included. Elio is $264 once, and that page shows no subscription.

Whoop One membership, in short
On 14 October 2026 the first results for whoop one membership are WHOOP’s own pages: the One plan, the membership comparison, a tier explainer, the terms of use, and a join page. This page uses the membership comparison for the yearly prices and the Chutex US product page for Elio. It does not copy a review score.
The membership page lists three yearly plans. A Whoop One membership is $199 a year and includes a WHOOP 5.0 device, a wired basic charger, and a Jet Black CoreKnit band. The page says 14+ days of battery, and it names Sleep, Strain, and Recovery insights, personalized coaching, VO2 Max and heart rate zones, and Women’s Hormonal Insights. Whoop Peak membership is $239 a year, with a 5.0 device, a wireless PowerPack, and an Onyx SuperKnit band. The FAQ says Peak expands on One with additional monitoring tools and longevity metrics. Whoop Life is $359 a year, with an MG device, a wireless PowerPack, and a Titanium SuperKnit Luxe band.
The same page says each plan is HSA/FSA eligible. It does not print a monthly whoop subscription price, a whoop band subscription price, or a whoop one membership price other than the yearly figure. A whoop band membership price on that page is the yearly plan, because the band is inside the membership.

Whoop alternative: band, ring, or watch
A whoop alternative search mixes three objects. WHOOP, on the page read today, is a screenless band sold as a membership. A smart ring is a different form. The Oura comparison on this site prices Oura from its own store on the same date and links the membership rules there. A watch with a screen is a third form.
Whoop vs Apple Watch, whoop vs Garmin, and whoop vs Fitbit were not priced from Apple, Garmin, or Fitbit stores on 14 October 2026, so this page does not print a watch or Fitbit price. Those products are named because the searches exist. A screen that shows notifications is not the same object as a screenless band.
Whoop 4.0 subscription cost is not on the membership page read today. That page lists 5.0 and MG. This page does not invent a 4.0 price. Whoop lifetime membership is also absent as a plan for sale. The page does describe a lifetime warranty that lasts while the membership is active, for a device bought from WHOOP. That warranty is not a lifetime membership. Whoop without membership is not described as a hardware-only purchase on that page. The device is listed inside the plan.
Elio vs Whoop
Elio, on the US product page read 14 October 2026, is a screenless wellness band. The structured price is 264 US dollars, one time. The FAQ says there is no subscription and no hidden cost. The pack named on the page is the band, the charger, the Chutex app, the Aria AI coach, preventive programmes, wrist reminders, and automatic reports. Battery life on that page is 15 days. Measures named there include heart rate, heart rate variability, SpO2, skin temperature, activity, and a single-lead ECG in the app, plus sleep and recovery insights. It is not FDA-cleared and not FDA-evaluated. It does not diagnose.
WHOOP One is the closest bill to compare, because both are screenless bands. One is $199 every year with the 5.0 included. Elio is $264 once. Over more than one year the WHOOP total keeps adding the renewal. This page does not turn that arithmetic into a verdict, and it does not score recovery or sleep accuracy. Heart rate variability from a wrist band and from a research electrocardiogram are not the same number.
Is whoop worth it, is whoop band worth it, and is whoop peak worth it depend on whether you want the yearly plan. Peak costs $40 more per year than One on the page read today, and it adds the wireless PowerPack and the SuperKnit band, plus the extra monitoring the FAQ names only in general. Life costs $359 and uses the MG device. None of those lines is a review.
